The sofisticated technology that Underground Records employs is the backbone of our record storage operations. We have an overpowered, completly redundant server and network system; that runs our O'Neil Records Storage system.

O'Neil software is the world leader in the record storage management software. O'Neil records software is a barcode based system, where everything that comes into our warehouse is barcoded and entered into our database. We use advanced handheld barcode laser scanners that take inventory on all items stored in our warehouse. These scanners are even capable of communicating wirelessly back to our database. The warehouse computers are all linked back to our database server via a dedicated fiber-optic cable running back to our accounting office.

Our new RS-Web database portal is hosted on a dedicated server linked by fiber-optic cable to our main database server. The web site portal is hosted on the internet on our dedicated T3 connection.
